Through this joint laboratory, both entities will prioritize the exploration of diamond thermal conductivity applications, the development of highly reliable packaging technologies, and the innovation of cutting-edge electronic materials.

During the meetings, in-depth discussions were held, with both parties expressing confidence that the collaborative project will lead to the establishment of a pilot production line and achieve mass production within this year.
