Optical manufacturers have long served markets with massive shipments, such as consumer electronics and automotive, accumulating profound expertise in technologies including ultra-precision cold processing, molding, coating, nanoimprint lithography, and photolithography etching. They also possess high-yield, high-reliability mass production capabilities. Currently, several manufacturers have expanded into products such as optical communication microlens arrays, V-groove FAU, and optical modules, actively capturing incremental demand in the pluggable market and proactively positioning themselves in areas like CPO and OCS.
