On April 15, 2026, Accelink Technologies received a notice from its actual controller, China Information Communication Technologies Group, proposing to transfer 291,478,944 shares (accounting for 36.13% of the total share capital) of Accelink Technologies held by FiberHome Technologies to Xinke Technology free of charge. After the transfer, the controlling shareholder will be changed to Xinke Technology, while the actual controller will remain China Information Communication Technologies Group. Currently, no agreement has been signed for the transfer, and legal procedures are still required, with uncertain timing. However, it will not affect the company's normal operations.
