On April 17, Zhenlei Technology disclosed that it had been issued a preliminary notification of administrative penalty by the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The penalty stems from the presence of false records in the company's 2022 annual report. As a result, the company has been fined 2 million yuan, and four former senior executives have also faced significant penalties. Starting from April 21, the Shanghai Stock Exchange will impose additional risk warnings on the company's shares. The securities abbreviation will be changed to "ST Zhenlei," and trading will be halted for one day on April 20. Zhenlei Technology has stated that it has already taken corrective measures and has not encountered any circumstances that would necessitate delisting due to major violations. The company will apply to have the risk warning lifted once the relevant conditions are satisfied.
