On April 16, Accelink Technologies made an announcement revealing that it had been notified by its ultimate controller, China Information and Communication Technologies Group, of a plan to transfer 291 million shares (representing 36.13% of the total share capital) held by its principal shareholder, FiberHome Technologies, to Xinke Technology at no cost. Following this transfer, Xinke Technology will assume the role of the company's controlling shareholder, with China Information and Communication Technologies Group retaining its position as the ultimate controller. This transfer adheres to the stipulations outlined in the 'Measures for the Administration of Acquisition of Listed Companies' and is thus exempt from the requirement to issue a tender offer. At present, no formal agreement has been signed for the transfer, and the necessary legal formalities are still pending, introducing an element of uncertainty. However, this change is not expected to have a detrimental impact on the company's regular production and operations, nor will it compromise the interests of the company and its minority shareholders. The company is committed to promptly disclosing any developments related to this matter.
