On April 15, ASML raised its full-year sales forecast due to a significant increase in global spending in the artificial intelligence sector, driving higher demand for advanced chip manufacturing equipment. ASML stated that net sales for the year are now expected to range between €36 billion and €40 billion (approximately $42.4 billion to $47.1 billion), up from the previous estimate of €34 billion to €39 billion. Chief Executive Officer Christophe Fouquet said that the semiconductor industry's growth prospects are positive, and thanks to investments in AI-related infrastructure, customers are accelerating their capacity expansion plans for 2026 and beyond.
