On April 14, Unicomp Technology made an announcement revealing its intention to acquire a controlling interest in Shanghai Fila Testing Technology Co., Ltd. The acquisition will be executed through a combination of share issuance, convertible bonds, and cash transactions, along with the concurrent raising of matching funds. Given the uncertainties associated with this transaction, trading of the company's stock will be temporarily suspended from April 15 onwards, with the anticipated halt lasting no longer than 10 trading days.
