On April 2 (Eastern Daylight Time), the Roundhill Memory ETF (ticker symbol: DRAM), the world's first-ever pure memory chip ETF launched by Roundhill, commenced trading on the US stock market. As an actively managed ETF, it carries a fee rate of 0.65% and is dedicated to investing in manufacturers specializing in memory and storage products. This ETF features a concentrated portfolio of merely nine stocks, exclusively comprising chip companies that generate over 50% of their revenue from HBM, DRAM, and NAND technologies. Its investment strategy heavily leans on the three leading DRAM giants: Micron Technology (comprising 24.99% of the portfolio), Samsung Electronics (24.22%), and SK Hynix (23.83%). Collectively, these three companies constitute more than 70% of the ETF's total weight. Additionally, the ETF encompasses prominent memory manufacturers such as SanDisk and Kioxia from Japan.
