On March 25, Sitaike announced that the industrial and commercial registration changes for its capital increase in Huarui Semiconductor Materials (Wuxi) Technology Co., Ltd. have been completed. Sitaike finalized its investment plan in June 2025, increasing its capital with 12 million yuan of its own funds, of which 1.28 million yuan was include, count, enter into (credited to) registered capital, with the remainder include, count, enter into (credited to) capital reserves. After the capital increase, Sitaike holds a 3.64% stake in Huarui Semiconductor Materials, becoming its eleventh largest shareholder. This investment utilizes the company's own funds and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's financial condition or operating results.
