This processor achieved a remarkable feat by scoring over 70 points in single-core general-purpose performance on the SPECint2006 benchmark, setting a new global benchmark for RISC-V processors. The Xuantie C950 is tailored for a wide range of applications, including cloud computing, generative AI, advanced robotics, and edge computing. Notably, it features a self-developed AI acceleration engine, enabling it to natively support large-scale models with hundreds of billions of parameters for the first time.
