Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. (AMEC) has announced plans to inject RMB 160 million of its own capital into Zhuhai Boya Technology Co., Ltd. Out of this investment, RMB 12.5 million will be allocated to subscribe for newly issued registered capital, with the balance transferred to the capital reserve. Upon completion of this transaction, AMEC will acquire a 20% equity interest in Zhuhai Boya, thereby becoming a significant shareholder. Zhuhai Boya specializes in chip design, with a particular focus on the research and development of two distinct NOR Flash process architectures. Its products have successfully achieved mass production across multiple processes, offering notable advantages and a broad spectrum of applications. The company's clientele includes renowned enterprises such as Renesas.
