At the MWC 2026 in Barcelona, Huawei made its international debut of the all-liquid-cooled AI supernode, the Atlas 950 SuperPoD. Alongside it, the company also unveiled the industry's first general-purpose computing supernode, the TaiShan 950 SuperPoD, on the global stage for the first time. Supernodes are designed to construct computing systems with expansive memory capacities by interlinking computing nodes via high-speed interconnection protocols. Prior to this, in March 2025, Huawei had already introduced the Atlas 900 supernode, which, when fully equipped, can support up to 384 cards. Built on the Lingqu 1.0 architecture, the Atlas 900 supernode has been in distribution since March 2025 and has seen commercial deployment in hundreds of units across a diverse range of industries, encompassing the internet, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors.
