NAND flash prices continue to rise, with supply tightness remaining unrelieved. NAND controller supplier Phison has notified customers of adjustments to payment terms, stating that the surge in NAND prices has significantly increased capital requirements. To ensure stable supply, Phison will negotiate advance payments with customers on a case-by-case basis. Since the second half of 2025, NAND contract prices have doubled multiple times in succession, with a cumulative increase of 500% over the past six months.
