According to the graphics card sales data for the eighth week of 2026, which was released by German retailer Mindfactory, the RTX 5080 16GB graphics card has become the most sought-after model in the RTX 50 series. This surge in popularity can be attributed to NVIDIA's strategic adjustment in supply. In just one week, the RTX 5080 16GB managed to sell 95 units. Previously, this card enjoyed only moderate market appeal. However, NVIDIA's decision to prioritize the shipment of its 16GB version paid off, as it became the sole 16GB model in the series to receive additional supply. On the other hand, the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB and RTX 5070 Ti 16GB did not enjoy the same preferential treatment, which led to their comparatively lower sales figures. The mainstream-focused RTX 5060 8GB, despite having a sufficient supply, only managed to sell 50 units. Meanwhile, AMD's graphics cards based on the RDNA 4 architecture continue to dominate the market. The RX 9070 XT maintains its position as the sales leader, closely followed by the RX 9060 XT, with the 16GB version proving to be more popular among consumers. Intel's Arc B580 also put on an impressive performance, with weekly sales approaching 40 units. Overall, AMD graphics cards accounted for 56.32% of the total sales, NVIDIA for 37.93%, and Intel for 5.75%.
