This milestone shattered the existing world record for GPU frequency. The standard boost frequency for this graphics card, as per its reference design, is 3.13GHz. This overclocking endeavor elevated its performance by nearly 1.6GHz, marking an impressive surge of over 50%. It stands as the first single graphics card to exceed the 4.7GHz threshold. Prior to this achievement, only two instances of GPU frequencies surpassing 4.0GHz had been recorded, and AMD's accomplishment has catapulted the capabilities of the RDNA 4 architecture to unprecedented levels.
