Recently, Minde Electronics released a recap of its investor research findings, revealing that the monthly production capacity of its majority-owned subsidiary, Guangxin Microelectronics, for 6-inch silicon-based power devices has now hit 40,000 wafers. The initial phase of the production plan targets 100,000 wafers, with full-scale production anticipated by the end of 2026 or in the first quarter of 2027. The product lineup includes MFER, VDMOS, among others, which boast superior production flexibility and cost efficiency.
