On February 13th, Lixin Microelectronics introduced the ET74LV541V, an eight-channel tri-state output buffer/driver. This device boasts a broad voltage supply range of 2~5.5V, seamlessly accepting TTL-compatible input levels. It delivers a powerful output drive capacity of ±35mA, ensuring reliable driving of bus lines or buffering memory address registers. For streamlined PCB design, the input and output pins are strategically positioned on opposite sides of the package. Additionally, it incorporates dual active-low enable pins, offering versatile tri-state control. With superior ESD protection and latch-up immunity, this device is ideally suited for rigorous applications, including multi-power rail signal integration.
