On February 12, Maxscend made an announcement stating that Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. had initiated three legal proceedings at the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court against Maxscend and Shanghai Kunhongsheng Communication Technology Co., Ltd. The lawsuits alleged infringement of invention patents. However, by the time the announcement was made public, Murata had already withdrawn all the aforementioned lawsuits. Consequently, Maxscend anticipates that these legal actions will not exert any negative influence on the company's profits.
