Memory prices are on a relentless upward trajectory, having nearly doubled following six months of substantial increases. During the first quarter of this year, there has been an additional 90% quarter-on-quarter surge in memory prices. According to the memory price tracking data unveiled by research firm Counterpoint, even though the first quarter of 2026 is only halfway over, memory prices have already witnessed an astonishing 80% to 90% quarter-on-quarter jump, hitting an all-time high in terms of the rate of increase.
