On February 4 (local time), Arm unveiled its financial results for the third quarter of the 2026 fiscal year. The figures revealed a substantial 26% year-on-year surge in revenue, hitting a remarkable $1.24 billion—a new quarterly record. When evaluated under non-GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standards, the net profit stood at $457 million, marking a 10% increase from the previous year. Additionally, fully diluted earnings per share climbed to $0.43, outpacing the $0.39 recorded during the same period last year. Looking ahead, the company anticipates its revenue for the fourth quarter of the 2026 fiscal year to range between $1.42 billion and $1.52 billion.
