On February 2, reports emerged indicating that TSMC’s 2nm manufacturing capacity has been entirely reserved, thanks to orders from leading global tech companies. Notably, AMD has laid out plans to manufacture CPUs utilizing the 2nm process in 2026. Meanwhile, both Google and AWS are anticipated to adopt this advanced process in the third and fourth quarters of 2027, respectively. Furthermore, Nvidia is gearing up to introduce its 'Feynman AI' GPU in 2028, which is projected to leverage TSMC’s A16 process, incorporating a backside power delivery design.
