On the evening of January 30, Wingtech Technology unveiled its 2025 performance outlook, projecting a net loss attributable to shareholders in the range of 9 billion to 13.5 billion yuan. Additionally, after accounting for non-recurring gains and losses, the net loss attributable to shareholders is estimated to fall between 200 million and 300 million yuan. This substantial loss can be mainly attributed to the constraints placed on the control rights of its subsidiary, Nexperia Semiconductor, which subsequently resulted in investment losses and asset write-downs.
