According to a disclosure by blogger Jinzhu Upgrade Package, AMD has laid out plans to persist with the RDNA 3.5 architecture for its integrated graphics solutions, spanning from 2024 all the way through to 2028 and possibly beyond. Adding to this, industry insider Kepler_L2 has clarified that AMD's APU roadmap is bifurcated into two distinct trajectories: mainstream market-oriented products will maintain the use of RDNA 3.5 until at least 2029, whereas only a select few high-end models are slated to incorporate the RDNA 5 architecture. Presently available information suggests that both the 2026 Gorgon Point update and the 2027 Zen 6 Medusa Point will persist in utilizing the RDNA 3.5 graphics core. In contrast, the Zen 6 Medusa Halo is projected to boast an RDNA 5 GPU, albeit in a discrete package configuration.
