In response to reports stating that 'half of GAC Group's automotive chips will be replaced by Gree products in the future,' on January 20, 2026, GAC Group refuted these claims as untrue. On January 15, Feng Xingya, Chairman of GAC Group, led a delegation to visit Gree Electric Appliances, where both sides discussed the integrated development of a smart ecosystem encompassing 'people, vehicles, and homes' and explored industrial collaboration.
