Bright Power Semiconductor (Stock Code: 688368.SH) has officially declared its intention to divest its 1.7778% equity interest in Shanghai Analog Semiconductor Technologies Co., Ltd. to Upstar Electronic, with the transaction amounting to RMB 3.9832 million. It's important to note that this particular deal neither qualifies as a related-party transaction nor as a significant asset restructuring initiative. The proposed transaction has already secured the endorsement of Bright Power Semiconductor's board of directors and, as such, does not necessitate further approval from the shareholders' meeting. Following the successful conclusion of this transaction, Bright Power Semiconductor will relinquish all its ownership stakes in Shanghai Analog.
