Within 45 days of the case's filing, the ITC will establish a deadline for the investigation's completion. Unless the U.S. Trade Representative exercises a veto for policy considerations, the remedial orders issued by the ITC will come into effect immediately upon issuance and will attain finality after a period of 60 days.
