The entities named as respondents in this investigation include Advanced Micro Devices, headquartered in Santa Clara, California, USA; Lenovo Information Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., based in Guangdong Province, China; Lenovo (United States) Inc., located in Morrisville, North Carolina, USA; Lenovo Group Limited, situated in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China; and Super Micro Computer, Inc., with its headquarters in San Jose, California, USA. Within 45 days of the case's filing, the ITC will establish a deadline for the investigation's completion. Unless the U.S. Trade Representative exercises a veto for policy considerations, the remedial orders issued by the ITC will come into effect immediately upon issuance and will attain finality after a period of 60 days.
