A regulatory filing on Wednesday revealed that Nvidia board member Harvey Jones sold over $44 million worth of company shares. Jones, who has served as a director of the chipmaker since 1993, sold 250,000 shares at an average price of $177.33 per share on December 15. These shares represent a portion of his holdings acquired since 1997, two years prior to Nvidia's public listing in 1999. The filing stated that after the sale, Jones still holds shares through the H.C. Jones Living Trust.
