Unisoc Communications (688220.SH) announced that its shareholder, Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd., has completed its share reduction plan. From September 19 to December 18, 2025, Alibaba Network cumulatively reduced its stake in the company by 12.549 million shares, representing 3% of the company's total share capital, through block trades and centralized bidding transactions. The share reduction price range was from 73.42 yuan to 99.46 yuan per share, with a total reduction amount of approximately 1.056 billion yuan. After the reduction, Alibaba Network's shareholding ratio decreased from 15.43% to 12.4333%.
