RoboSense has initiated legal proceedings against Lingming Guangzi, alleging infringement of both its technological secrets and invention patent rights. The Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court has officially accepted two distinct lawsuits, while an additional lawsuit concerning patent infringement is currently in the pipeline for filing. RoboSense has clarified that it has carried out exhaustive investigations and engaged in professional evidence - gathering procedures. Moreover, in light of Lingming Guangzi's subsequent statements and actions, RoboSense has included a commercial defamation lawsuit in its legal arsenal.
Previously, Lingming Guangzi claimed that it had not been served with the lawsuit materials, categorically denied any infringement, and vowed to implement counter - measures in response.
