According to the investor relations activity record sheet released by SGGK, the silicon components crafted from its large-diameter silicon materials are predominantly utilized in the etching process of memory chip production. Notably, a higher operating rate corresponds to an increased usage of these components. The company holds the view that the upward trajectory of the semiconductor industry is poised to generate greater market demand. As an upstream supplier of materials and components, any uptick in the operating rate or capital expenditures of downstream memory chip manufacturers, which subsequently spurs new demand, typically takes around 1-2 quarters to filter through to the company. Commencing at the beginning of this month, the company has embarked on negotiations for new orders with customers hailing from Japan and South Korea.
