On December 8, Feiling Kesi made a public announcement revealing its intention to collaborate with professional investment entities in establishing the Gongqingcheng Xihe Feiling Nanxin Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise. This strategic partnership is set to channel its investments specifically into Shenzhen Nanfei Microelectronics Co., Ltd., a renowned firm specializing in the development of high-speed network communication interconnect chips tailored for data communication and intelligent computing network environments. The total committed capital for this partnership stands at RMB 40.8 million. Among this, Feiling Kesi, acting as a limited partner, plans to contribute RMB 20 million from its own financial resources, representing a 49.0196% stake in the total capital. Additionally, Yan Fenglu, Li Yu, and Chen Boyu, who are affiliated with Feiling Kesi, collectively aim to subscribe RMB 5.3 million, making up 12.9902% of the total investment. The balance of the capital will be sourced by the fund manager, Xihe Investment, from a pool of other investors.
