Nova Micro announced in a statement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to globally offer 19.0684 million H-shares, including 1.9069 million shares for public offering in Hong Kong and 17.1615 million shares for international offering, with a maximum pricing of HK$116 per share. The pricing is expected to be finalized on December 4, and the H-shares will officially commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on December 8.
