On November 27, OmniVision Group (603501.SH) announced that its wholly-owned enterprise, Shaoxing OmniVision, intends to contribute 200 million yuan in cash as a limited partner to subscribe for an 18.39% stake in the Shanghai Yuanhe Puhua Private Equity Fund. The fund has a planned raising scale of 1.09 billion yuan, with the investment objective of seizing opportunities in the development of the domestic integrated circuit industry.
