Dosilicon released an announcement regarding abnormal stock price movements, addressing recent market rumors that its invested entity, Lishuan Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., had secured a substantial GPU chip order. Upon verification, it was revealed that Shanghai Lishuan had indeed entered into a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with a premier domestic cloud computing service provider. The two parties have established a guiding framework for collaboration in key areas, including the development of domestic cloud desktop systems, domestic AIPC (Artificial Intelligence Personal Computers), cloud rendering, and digital twin solutions. Specific projects under this agreement will be governed by separate business contracts. At present, Shanghai Lishuan has solely signed the aforementioned framework agreement with this enterprise, with no orders signed or revenue generated thus far. Dosilicon's investment in Shanghai Lishuan is accounted for via the equity method and is not included within the consolidated financial statements.
