On November 26 (local time), Intel refuted allegations made by TSMC, which accused its former executive, Luo Weiren, of divulging confidential business information. An Intel spokesperson emphasized that there was no credible basis to substantiate the claims involving Mr. Luo, further noting that the company maintains a stringent policy against the utilization or dissemination of confidential data and intellectual property belonging to third parties. TSMC had initiated legal proceedings against its former Senior Vice President, Luo Weiren, on the 25th, alleging the potential unauthorized disclosure of proprietary company information to Intel.
