According to statistics from Tonghuashun iFinD, based on the date of the first announcement and excluding failed cases, 18 central enterprise-controlled listed companies have participated in M&A transactions in the A-share market since November. As of November 26 this year, 151 central enterprise-controlled listed companies have been involved in M&A, accounting for more than 30% of all central enterprise-controlled listed companies. In terms of industry distribution, multiple M&A and restructuring deals involve strategic emerging fields such as aviation equipment, energy and heavy equipment, semiconductors, and new energy power generation.
