On November 3, reports surfaced indicating that following Nexperia's encounter with asset freezes and the revocation of management rights by the Dutch government, its domestic production and operational activities have become a focal point of interest. During a reporter's recent tour of Nexperia's packaging and testing plant in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, a bustling scene unfolded: electric bicycles crowded the entrance, the open-air parking lot was almost at capacity, and employees were seen moving in and out with frequency.

Inside the factory, employees reported that domestic operations were proceeding smoothly, with products being shipped out as usual. A downstream customer, who has been impacted by supply shortages and annually purchases over 1 billion yuan worth of chips from Nexperia, visited the site specifically to gain insights into the future availability of products.

Earlier, on September 30, the Dutch government took decisive action by freezing the assets, intellectual property rights, and business adjustment permissions of 30 entities under Nexperia's global umbrella. It also suspended the directorship of Zhang Xuezheng, the founder of Wingtech Technology, at Nexperia and placed his equity under the stewardship of a third party.

In response, Nexperia China has unequivocally stated that all its domestic entities are functioning normally, with employee salaries and benefits remaining untouched. Production and operations continue without disruption, and all work is progressing in an orderly fashion.
