According to the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), on November 1, Shanghai Enflame Technology Co., Ltd. filed for counseling and registration with the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau, with CITIC Securities as its counseling agency. Previously, Enflame Technology had registered for counseling and filing in August 2024, with China International Capital Corporation (CICC) as its counseling agency, but subsequently withdrew it. Founded in 2018, Enflame Technology focuses on AI cloud computing power products, has no controlling shareholder, and is co-actually controlled by Zhao Lidong and Zhang Yalin.
