On October 31, Cambricon released a statement revealing that it had been served with a 'Statement of Claim' from the Haidian District People's Court in Beijing. The claimant is none other than Liang Jun, a former top-tier executive of the company. Liang Jun's primary assertions hinge on two key points: Firstly, he seeks to validate his employment tenure with Cambricon, spanning from October 18, 2017, to February 10, 2022. Secondly, he is demanding that Cambricon compensate him for the losses incurred in equity incentives, which amount to a staggering RMB 4.287 billion.
