On October 29, the Wuxi High-Tech Investment and Yida Strategic Emerging Integrated Circuit Equity Investment Fund completed its industrial and commercial registration in the Wuxi High-Tech Zone. With a fund size of 2 billion yuan, it is the largest industrial sub-fund registered within the Jiangsu Provincial Strategic Emerging Master Fund system and also the first registered sub-fund under the Jiangsu Wuxi Integrated Circuit Industry Special Master Fund. The fund is jointly funded by the Wuxi High-Tech Zone Science and Technology Innovation Industry Development Group Co., Ltd., the integrated circuit special master fund managed by the Municipal Industry Group, and industrial capital. The fund manager is Yida Capital, and it will focus on investments in areas such as pan-integrated circuits and the Internet of Things.
