Last night, Cambricon made an announcement stating that the company had recently been served with a complaint from the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing. Liang Jun, who previously served as both Deputy General Manager and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the company, has initiated legal proceedings against Cambricon over labor disputes, demanding a staggering 4.287 billion yuan in compensation. While the lawsuit has been officially filed, the trial proceedings have not yet commenced.
