In his complaint, Liang Jun is petitioning the court to officially recognize the existence of a labor relationship between himself and Cambrian spanning from October 18, 2017, to February 10, 2022. Furthermore, he is seeking compensation from the company for losses incurred due to unfulfilled equity incentives, with the claimed amount reaching a staggering 4.287 billion yuan. At present, the case has successfully completed the filing and acceptance procedures. However, the actual hearing of the case has not yet begun.
