On October 29, according to the official website of ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT), the company unveiled the latest progress of its LPDDR5X products at the IEEE 2025 ASICON conference in October 2025. Currently, CXMT's LPDDR5X products are available in various forms, including dies, chips, and modules. The dies come in two capacities: 12Gb and 16Gb. The chip form offers multiple capacity solutions, including 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB. The module form, specifically the LPCAMM product, is available in capacities of 16GB and 32GB. The LPDDR5X products support data rates of 8533Mbps, 9600Mbps, and 10677Mbps, and are compatible with LPDDR5. Among them, the products with data rates of 8533Mbps and 9600Mbps entered mass production in May this year, while the product with a data rate of 10677Mbps has commenced customer sampling.
