On October 28, Giantec Semiconductor unveiled its financial report for the third quarter of 2025. According to the report, the company's revenue for the first three quarters amounted to RMB 933 million, marking a 21.29% year-on-year surge. The net profit stood at RMB 320 million, a notable 51.33% increase compared to the same period last year. Specifically, in the third quarter, revenue reached RMB 358 million, up 40.70% year-on-year, while net profit climbed to RMB 115 million, a 67.69% year-on-year hike.

The robust performance growth can be primarily attributed to the swift expansion in shipments of DDR5 SPD chips, automotive-grade EEPROM chips, and high-performance industrial-grade EEPROM chips. Additionally, automotive-grade NOR Flash chips have successfully penetrated the supplier systems of numerous globally renowned automotive electronics Tier 1 suppliers. Moreover, the optically stabilized voice coil motor driver chips have also found commercial applications in multiple mid-to-high-end models of mainstream smartphone brands. Collectively, these factors have propelled the company's overall gross profit margin to rise by 4.93 percentage points on a year-on-year basis.
