India Approves $626 Million Projects to Boost Electronic Components Manufacturing

The Indian government has approved the first batch of seven projects with a total investment exceeding 55 billion rupees (approximately $625.75 million) to promote the development of the domestic electronic components manufacturing industry. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology of India stated on Monday that the approved projects include four projects by Kaenat Circuits India, involving multi-layer and high-density printed circuit boards, camera modules, and laminate materials, as well as related projects by SRF Limited India, Sylma Strategic Electronics, and Ascent Circuits.
