Based on reports from sources within the Playground and Bobantang channels, NVIDIA is undertaking strategic inventory control measures. Given the waning market appetite for the RTX 5060 Ti 8GB variant, the company is curbing the supply quantities dispatched to its partners and retailers. This move is designed to stave off an excess buildup of inventory. Specifically, this supply adjustment is mainly aimed at the 8GB memory version of the graphics card. In contrast, the 16GB version continues to receive robust supply support. NVIDIA has also instructed its agents to manage the rollout of the 8GB model carefully and has imposed a ban on selling it at significantly discounted prices. This is to ensure the stability of market prices for this particular graphics card model.
