Recently, the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA) issued a statement on its official website, revealing that it had received notification from a Dutch semiconductor manufacturer about the potential inability to guarantee the regular delivery of key chips for automotive electronic control units. This situation may severely impact the global production of member companies such as Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, and Subaru. Currently, member companies of the association are working closely with parts manufacturers to jointly address this issue.
