On October 21, 2025, Chengdu played host to the IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference (IEEE VTC-Fall). At this prestigious event, a trio of accomplished scholars from Peking University's School of Electronics—Assistant Professor Hongliang Zhang, Assistant Professor Boya Di, and Professor Lingyang Song—were bestowed with the highly coveted 2025 IEEE Neil Shepherd Memorial Best Paper Award.
