Kinglai Hygienic Materials released an official announcement, revealing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kunshan Fangxin Precision Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a Project Investment Framework Agreement with the People's Government of Lujia Town, Kunshan City. This subsidiary is set to channel 2 billion yuan into the establishment of a semiconductor core components project in Lujia Town, Kunshan City. The project's scope encompasses the research, development, production, and marketing of gas distribution plates and semiconductor aluminum chambers. Additionally, it will offer precision cleaning services tailored for semiconductor, TFT, and OLED equipment. Once it attains full operational capacity, the project is anticipated to yield an annual output value surpassing 1.5 billion yuan.
