On September 23, 2025, Intel confirmed that starting from September 19, it has adjusted the driver support strategy for the integrated graphics of the 11th to 14th Gen Core processors, as well as their accompanying Atom, Pentium, and Celeron series processors, along with the Iris Xe discrete graphics (DG1), to a traditional software support model. Under this model, software maintenance will only be provided for major defect fixes and security vulnerabilities. Driver updates will be released quarterly, and optimization support on the day of new game releases will no longer be provided.
